Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the NextLevel app, and how we use and protect it.

1) Data we collect

• Account: phone number (primary identifier), name, and email (optional).
• Delivery address: governorate, area, block, street, building — to deliver your meals.
• Meal preferences: your selections and kitchen notes (e.g. "no onion").
• Fitness data (steps): with your permission only, we read your step count from your health app (Apple Health / Health Connect) solely to show your progress in the "Steps Challenge". We do not read any other health data.
• Payment: processed directly by the approved payment gateway; we do not store your card details.
• Usage: basic technical data to run and improve the app.
• Crash and performance reports: if the app crashes or misbehaves, an automatic report is sent containing the technical error, the screen involved, and your device model and OS version. It carries no name, phone number or address, and is not linked to your identity. We use it only to find and fix the fault.

2) How we use your data

• Run your subscription and deliver your meals.
• Operate challenges, rewards, and referrals.
• Send service notifications (e.g. subscription expiry).
• Communication and support.

3) Health data (important)

Step data is used only inside the app to show your challenge ranking. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared for marketing. You can revoke the permission anytime from your device settings, and the app keeps working without it.

4) Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, each handling the minimum data needed: Supabase (hosting & database), Twilio (SMS verification codes), Firebase (notifications and crash reporting), and the approved payment gateway.

5) Account deletion

You can delete your account and data from within the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after a 30-day grace period (you can ask us to restore it within that window). Invoice records are retained, anonymized, for accounting purposes only.

6) Security

Your data is protected with encryption in transit and strict database-level access policies.

7) Children

The app is not directed to children under 4, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
